Hi, I’m Cat

I created Divergent Rhythm Coaching because I believe meaningful growth happens when we learn to work with ourselves—not against ourselves.

For years, I tried to force myself into systems that weren't built for the way my brain and nervous system functioned. What I discovered is that sustainable change doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from understanding your unique rhythm and building a life that supports it.

As a late-diagnosed autistic woman with ADHD, I've spent much of my life navigating burnout, masking, perfectionism, and the pressure to fit into systems that never quite felt right. My journey led me to explore nervous system regulation, neurodiversity-affirming practices, coaching, and the power of self-understanding.

Today, I help neurodivergent youth and young adults create sustainable systems, navigate life transitions, strengthen self-trust, and build lives that feel more aligned with who they are. My coaching is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that nothing about you needs to be fixed.

Rather than focusing on productivity for productivity's sake, we'll work together to understand how your unique mind and nervous system operate so you can create rhythms that feel supportive, realistic, and sustainable.

I’m a lover of nature, music, movement, animals, snacks, and humor. I believe that sustainable growth is only possible without shame, support should be individualized, and every person deserves the opportunity to build a life that works for them.
