Yes. Since therapy and coaching serve different purposes, both can complement each other quite well. Therapy often targets emotional healing, processing the past, and clinical support while coaching works on present-day challenges and building practical strategies for daily life.

No. Many neurodivergent people self-identify due to barriers to accessing formal assessments that cost money and time. Your lived experience and internal processing are what matter most.

Yes! I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients that need a lower fee in order to access coaching. These spots are intentionally limited so I can balance accessibility with sustainability in continuing to offer consistent, high-quality support. Availability will be mentioned on my booking page.
